I made Kiwi Mango popsicles and they taste amazing!! A bunch of people have been asking for the recipe, so here it is:
Matt’s Kiwi Mango Popsicles:
In a food processor, blend a few kiwis with the juice of a lemon. Meyer tastes the best (obviously).
Fill your popsicle molds halfway with the kiwi mixture and pop it in the freezer. I bought my popsicle molds from Ikea, but you can also order them on Amazon.
For the mango mixture, blend the flesh of a few mangos with the juice of two limes and a splash of orange juice.
After a frozen layer has formed on top of the kiwi mixture, fill the rest of the popsicle mold with the mango mixture and let it freeze for about 2 hours.
Enjoy with hot friends on a hot day.
